He has helped thousands of leaders & managers produce breakthrough results for over twenty years, building their skills, careers & companies. Bob works with leaders focusing on the challenges and dynamics fundamental to all industries: people, customers, communication, teamwork, and leadership. He developed and applied the skills of this program as a VP at Motorola Computer Systems and COO of Action Technologies. He has taught at Presidio School of Management, co-holds two patents for workflow technology, and holds two degrees from Stanford University.
Bob is currently exploring – building on his work in innovation, embodied generative leadership, and language action – how our cultural common sense can be shifted to deal with issues of global scope, time horizons spanning generations, and meaningful living.
